Want to know how to change your life?

In ‘See the Good/God in Everything’, Regina will show you how to change your life by sharing that in the mundane moments of daily life, parenting ups and downs, hidden desires of our heart, and big challenging moments, goodness and God is in it all.

This book is a collection of Regina’s real-life, entertaining, humorous, and sometimes explicit life lessons. Her stories about marriage, parenting, family, and friends will inspire and motivate you. She has overcome adversity, estrangement, and being an outsider to become a source of hope for others that life is good, you are not alone, you will conquer all the trials set before you, and your best days are yet to come.

Preface

It was February 2020 and my daughter was two months old. Being a parent was so different to anything I had ever done before. No amount of education, travel, or experience could prepare me for it. I was an extremely anxious first-time mum. I was nervous to take her outside, or nervous if my husband wasn’t around, or nervous if I was doing things right.

I had this ridiculous baby bag that, I kid you not, was the size of carry-on luggage. I filled it up with as many things as I could possibly think of for every short outing we took. I remember we went to a café once and this bag was an embarrassment. I was embarrassed to have it. It was so big and bulky to handle, and so full of baby stuff that it would take me ages to find what I was looking for. These were the days I used to travel with a thermometer and baby medicine… you know, just in case. Honestly, if something had happened, we could just drive straight home; we never went far from our house in those first few months anyways. But alas, I was paranoid. I remember shortly after that café incident that I thought, why didn’t someone tell me I don’t need a huge baby bag! I barely needed a specialised baby bag in the first place, let alone a huge one.

That was when I started writing this book.

I could see in my parenting life, in my marriage and with my extended family, there were so many incidents (present and in hindsight) in which there were life lessons. In thinking and writing about these lessons, I could also see that the goodness of God was in my life constantly, and if I just changed my view on my situations and was aware of how good things actually were, my whole spirit would change.

There is good/God in your story too.

Who is Regina Clifford?

Regina Clifford was born in Toronto, Canada. Growing up in a typical suburban upbringing, and eventually gaining an MA and an MBA, Regina nonetheless has had a life journey she never could have predicted.
